A single upright monument is a traditional headstone for one person. It is made of two parts, an engraved granite stone that stands on a matching granite base. At Modern Monument Works in Cleburne, Texas, we design and build each one in our own shop.
For over a century, our craftsmen have created upright headstones made for the person they honor. We listen to your wishes, then help you choose the shape, color, and design. Granite is much harder than marble, so your monument will stand for generations.
